Hi Jimmy, I hope you will consider writing about the proposed Bear Lodge Rare Earth Project in Wyoming's Black Hills. The project raises an important question that is receiving too little scrutiny: whether the rush to secure domestic "critical minerals" should allow a new open-pit rare-earth mine and industrial infrastructure on or near National Forest land with potential impacts on water, wildlife, public access, and Indigenous cultural interests. What’s worse, it received an expedited review, with only a 30-day public-comment period and no draft environmental-impact statement.

The story could investigate how federal mining rules and fast-tracked critical-minerals policy may favor private mineral development Tribal consultation. Would you be interested in pursuing it? Please write more articles about rare earths and critical minerals. Thank you so much!

Can Trump and his accomplices be arrested (on January 20th 2029, if not before) for vandalism and destruction of public property? It's not his to do whatever he pleases. It belongs to US. He's done so much damage to our capital city already. Is there no way to stop it?
