I grew up in Northern Minnesota. Trips to the BWCA in the 70s were life-changing. Not one single other human being encountered in a week long trip. My heart hurts, too 💔
Not only ethics rules have these sorts violated beyond criminal what they’ve done and are continuing to do. Hopefully the boundary waters can keep it in legal countersuits until much smarter and wiser heads prevail again. This particular mining co has a g d awful tract record also. Take a look at all the areas they’ve left devastated and didn’t clean up alone but these grifters don’t care about that either only themselves their greed, corruption and $. Disheartening news to be sure along with the recent votes to give another country more weapons to kill innocent people and our we the people tax dollars while we the people continue to get screwed. My heart breaks for our children, grandchildren and beyond at the state of our country and what they’re doing to it, them they really don’t care as long as they get theirs pure selfishness and greed.
Just another example of how little our “elected representatives” truly represent our collective values and best interests. Only those who are mentally impaired and morally malfeasant would vote in favor of this diabolic, disastrous bill.
Human beings daily show themselves to be extremely poor stewards of this precious planet 🌎. Collectively, we are like termites who are determined to consume the very house that harbors our lives.
A slew of lawsuits must be filed before our entire planet is disfigured and ultimately doomed by homo dimbulbs. You know, the ones with “the brains.” 😒
